Part Time Evening Receptionist

This position is part time 2-3 days a week in the evenings from 5pm - 8pm with every other Saturday 9am - 6pm. Monday and Fridays a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• 
  

  Operate the switchboard telephone system

  
  


• 
  

  Provide basic information for general inquiries

  
  


• 
  

  Assist the General Manager with clerical tasks

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a courteous, professional demeanor with customers and employees

  
  


• 
  

  Process cash, check, and credit card payments

  
  


• 
  

  Handle customer complaints with integrity and direct them to the appropriate person

  
  


• 
  

  Must be reliable and a strong communicator

  
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills


• Experience using Microsoft Office suite


• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously


• Must be willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
