Aire-Master Floor Cleaning Technician
Make an extra $150-300 working only one day per month: Looking for a flexible, self-motivated person to pressure-wash floors who is comfortable with winter and mountain driving.
Who We Are
We are a local franchise of Aire-Master, a commercial deodorizing company, looking for a technician to deep-clean our customers' restroom floors and windows one day per month.
Schedule: 1 day/month (Could increase to 2 days/month if we increase business)
The monthly schedule is flexible, usually one 10-hour day per month, cleaning floors at 2-3 customer locations. Work days are usually on Monday, but Fridays and Sundays are also possibilities. This can flex based on the customer's hours, their lower-traffic periods, the employee's schedule, and the availability of our work van.
Salary: $150-300/month (one day)
The pay is 30% of each invoice, so based on our current job load the technician would generally earn between $150 and $300 for that one day of work ($22-35+/hour).

Job Description
As a Floor Cleaning Technician with Aire-Master, you would consult with us monthly to determine your working days each month, based on the jobs that were due.
On a working day, you would report to our warehouse in south Loveland to load the floor machine, glass cleaning tools, and other supplies into our company vehicle, and then drive the vehicle to each customer location, ranging from the front range up into the mountains (Georgetown, Breckenridge, Avon).
Our floor and wall service uses an all-in-one pressure washer/vacuum to deep clean restroom floors and walls, removing built-up dirt and odors and leaving the space sparkling clean. https://www.airemaster.com/services/cleaning/floors-walls/
Our glass cleaning service uses professional tools and a step ladder to clean store windows and glass (ground floor only).
We’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic, high integrity, a clean driving record, and an inherent passion for a job well done. Must be at least 21 years of age, over 25 preferred.

Skills and Requirements
- Valid Colorado driver’s license with no more than one moving violation, no suspensions or at-fault accidents in the last three years, and no DUI/DWI in the past ten years.
- Must be at least 21 years of age, over 25 preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
- Must speak and write English fluently.
- Be in good physical shape capable of loading machines and tools into a vehicle, climbing on a step ladder, and navigating stairs and various unexpected physical environments at customer locations.
- Ability to lift from ground level, carry, and maneuver items up to 40 lbs.
- Excellent driving skills, including winter, mountain, and nighttime driving.
- Ability to troubleshoot problems, pay attention to details and quality standards, follow instructions, be self-motivated and able to work independently, but also able to clearly communicate and cooperate within a team.

- Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year cleaning work experience.
- One year driving work experience preferred, with a clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with management to schedule the monthly cleaning jobs.
- Load the company-provided vehicle with necessary tools and supplies.
- Operate the company-provided vehicle safely, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable motor vehicle laws and company policies and procedures.
- Perform cleaning services with excellence, troubleshooting difficulties that arise.
- Answer customer questions or concerns.
- Handle physical and digital invoices, getting signatures from the responsible parties and emailing digital invoices.
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle and warehouse space.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined by company guidelines.
- Debrief with management during and after each job.
