Part Time Front Desk Assistant

Summary: This position will be working part time out of our corporate office in Raleigh.  The hours are 8am-1pm and a temporary position. 

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
  Answering phone and directing calls
  
  


• 
  
  Greeting guests
  
  


• 
  
  Receiving and distributing all deliveries/mail
  
  


• 
  
  Mailing marketing materials and company anniversary/birthday correspondence
  
  

Personal Requirements:

• Ability to work independently with little guidance or oversight 


• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment


• Ability to work as a team player
