Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Smile and create emotional connections with guests
• Maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically
• Multitask quickly and thoroughly
• Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
• Communicate effectively with guests and team members
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Cheerful and positive attitude
• Customer service oriented with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to be active for up to 8 hours per day
• Ability to bend, twist, and utilize a ladder
• Work outside in weather elements including summer heat and winter cold
• Move with urgency as determined by volume of sales
• Reading, writing, and basic math and English verbal communication skills required
