Part-Time Guest Service Agent | DoubleTree by Hilton DFW North | Irving, TX

In addition to spreading joy, you’ll ensure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out. A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay, and you’ll play a huge role in making that happen. We’re looking for someone ready to OWN the front desk.

This is a part-time position offering 16–24 hours per week, with availability required 2–3 days per week. Most shifts will be PM, with some AM shifts based on availability. Each shift is a full 8-hour workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a refined and personalized guest experience from check-in to check-out


• Maintain a gracious, composed, and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment


• Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations on local dining, entertainment, and cultural experiences


• Accurately and discreetly manage transactions and guest accounts


• Utilize property management systems and technology with efficiency and precision


• Handle guest inquiries and concerns with care, discretion, and a solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred (3–6 months or more)


• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills


• A natural ability to connect with guests while maintaining professionalism and discretion


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure


• A genuine passion for delivering elevated service experiences
