Part time HR and Payroll clerk

What You'll Do

• Assist with day-to-day Human Resources activities


• Perform payroll data entry and assist with payroll-related tasks


• Help maintain accurate employee records and files


• Assist with new-hire paperwork and onboarding


• Help with employee documentation and HR administrative tasks


• Maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll information


• Complete designated administrative tasks after payroll is completed


• Assist with various HR projects and assignments


• Support the HR department with other duties as needed

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years old


• Reliable transportation is required


• Organized and detail-oriented


• Dependable and able to meet deadlines


• Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately


• Professional communication skills


• Able to handle confidential information


• Willingness to learn HR and payroll processes


• Previous HR or payroll experience is not required


• Students interested in HR, Business, Accounting, or a related field are encouraged to apply

Schedule & Pay

• $17.00 per hour


• Part-time, under 20 hours per week


• Temporary position


• Flexible schedule


• Must be available to work between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM


• Schedule will be based on business needs and candidate availability
