Part-Time Infant Nanny for 8 months

A warm, welcoming family in a gated community in Boca Raton is looking for an experienced, nurturing nanny for their first child, a baby girl who will be about 2 months old when the role begins. This part-time, live-out position runs Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM for an 8-month period. Most of each day is spent caring for the baby, and the rest goes to light household support such as simple meal prep and baby and family laundry. The family has two friendly French Bulldogs, so a true dog lover is a must. The family speaks French, so French language skills are a welcome plus. A housekeeper handles the regular cleaning. This is a great fit for a patient, dependable caregiver who loves infants and wants a steady, rewarding role with a family that values clear, open communication.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving, age-appropriate care for an infant, including diapering, bathing, and good hygiene
• Feed the baby according to the schedule the parents provide
• Follow safe sleep practices and keep the baby’s environment clean and safe
• Engage the baby in age-appropriate activities that support growth and development
• Wash and organize bottles, do the baby’s laundry, and keep the nursery and baby items tidy
• Prepare simple, healthy lunches for the family
• Help with light household tasks, including family laundry and vacuuming
• Be comfortable and friendly around the family’s two French Bulldogs
• Communicate daily with the parents about the baby’s routine, feeding, and sleep

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of professional newborn or infant care experience
• Strong knowledge of infant safety and safe sleep practices
• Patient, nurturing, dependable, and trustworthy
• Current CPR and infant First Aid certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to swim confidently
• Loves dogs and is comfortable in a home with two dogs
• Committed to the full 8-month position
• French language skills are a plus
• Up-to-date vaccinations are a plus
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
