Part-Time Kitchen Expo

Elgin Country Club is seeking an organized, dependable Kitchen Expo to help keep food service running smoothly. This role connects the kitchen and service teams, ensuring meals are accurate, well presented, and delivered promptly.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and servers.
• Check dishes for accuracy, presentation, and completeness before service.
• Communicate special requests and dietary needs clearly to the kitchen.
• Assist with organizing trays and running food as needed.
• Keep the expo station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.

 Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Restaurant or kitchen experience preferred.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.
