*PART TIME* Licensed Independent Social Worker

Overview

LICSWs on our multidisciplinary teams provide direct therapeutic services as well as treatment supervision and direction for other mental health services for clients on their multidisciplinary team. LICSWs work as part of a multidisciplinary team providing holistic, integrated mental health treatment for individuals with a mental health diagnosis. This a critical role in helping us work toward our mission of integrated and holistic mental health services to the individuals we serve. We approach therapy in a unique way, providing wrap around care that includes both clinical therapy and skills services to clients in home, in the community, and in the office.

Pay: $40-$60/hour piece rate for specific services, including Treatment Supervision and related activities, Diagnostic Assessment, Psychotherapy.

FTE: Casual/Part time with the opportunity for growth

Location: Duluth

Responsibilities

• Providing Treatment Supervision to Practitioners providing Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services, Children’s Therapeutic Supports and Services, Adult Mental Health Targeted Case Management, and potentially autism intervention services.
• Completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and required clinical assessments
• Developing, reviewing and approving individualized, person-centered treatment/community support plans
• Providing consultation and care coordination with natural supports, school other professionals
• Referring persons served to other needed services, resources & supports coordinating and monitoring the quality these services
• Providing individual, group, family therapy services to clients
• Maintaining detailed records of all activities

*Because of our need, a mixed caseload of adult and children's services may be necessary for this position. As part of our screening and interviewing process, we will discuss your passion in working with adults, children, or both.*

Qualifications

• Employees must have the ability to pass MVR check, maintain a valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• Holds an active LICSW license
• Additional considerations given to applicants with experience providing services to individuals with autism and related conditions
