Part Time Lot Driver - IAH Airport

The National/Alamo brand of Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated people to join our team as a part time Lot Driver.

The lot driver is responsible for moving and positioning vehicles to various designated locations between our properties for servicing, transport and/or rental. A driver will perform all daily responsibilities with a focus on the needs to have vehicles ready for customers in accordance with our high-quality standards.

This position offers a base pay of $13.00 per hour, with an additional pay differential of $1.25 per hour for hours worked between 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. and is located at the George Bush Airport located on 17300 Palmetto Pines Houston, TX 77032.

• Sunday: 6:00am-2:30pm
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 6:00am-2:30pm
• Saturday: 6:00am-2:30pm

OR

• Sunday: 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Monday: OFF
• Tuesday: OFF
• Wednesday: OFF
• Thursday: OFF
• Friday: 2:30pm-11:00pm
• Saturday: 2:30pm-11:00pm

Our Drivers are responsible for the transporting and shuttling of rental vehicles around and between our National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at ourl Airport location.

• Drive the vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks prior to taking vehicle through automated car wash 
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, no more than 2 at-fault accidents or moving violations in the past 3 years (1 of the 2 violations or at-fault accidents must fall off within 12 months of employment).
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past five years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have at least twelve (12) consecutive months of prior work/organizational experience in the last 5 years
• Apart from religious observations, must be available to work the following schedule(s): Friday-Sunday 2:30pm-11:00pm or Friday-Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm
• Must be willing to accept $13.00/hour
• Must be willing to wash, clean and dry the vehicle's exterior - this might include cars of different sizes, as well as vans and trucks prior to taking vehicle through automated car wash
