Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Part-Time, PRN, On-Call with Weekend Availability

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide basic nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

- Monitor patient health status and report any changes to the healthcare team

- Assist with patient assessments, treatments, and medication administration

- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in medical records

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and privacy regulations

- Support the overall well-being and comfort of patients during your scheduled shifts

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice

- Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred but not required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Flexibility to work on a PRN basis, including weekends and on-call shifts

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
