Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM-5:00 PM
Hours: 25 hours per week

We are seeking a dependable and organized Part-Time Mailroom Associate to support the daily operation of our company mailroom. This position is responsible for ensuring incoming and outgoing mail and packages are processed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  Receive, sort, process, and distribute incoming mail and packages.

  Prepare outgoing mail and shipments, including certified mail, overnight deliveries, and bulk mailings.

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure outgoing packages are properly labeled, prepared, and ready for carrier pickup.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient mailroom.

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor and organize mailroom supplies and materials.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with shipping carriers and mail-related vendors as needed.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain mailroom equipment and ensure it is properly organized and cared for.

  
  


• 
  

  Support the efficient flow of daily mailroom operations during scheduled work hours.
