Job Summary 

Part-Time Hourly Role: Community Events  - Primary afternoon/evening shifts (4PM-8PM) and some weekend opportunities as well. 

The Marketer is a exciting position within our organization. This role will provide brand awareness within the Southern Brazoria County and Matagorda County areas. Other responsibilities will include attending marketing events and sharing educational information related to Senior In-Home Care and services we can provide at no cost to the family. This role will consist of hourly pay. Events will include a mix of business afternoon and weekend marketing/community events. The marketer reports to: Executive Director. 

Responsibilities and Duties

  Provide brand awareness.

  Passionate for excellent customer service

  Attend marketing events and in-service events. 

  
  


• 
  

  Build new and maintain existing relationships 

  
  

• 
  

  Update internal marketing task board. 

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to function independently.

  Partner with potential customers, health care professionals and those involved with patient care to tailor solutions.

  Operate with high integrity and comply with policies and procedures 

  
  

Qualifications and Skills 

• 
  

  Prior experience with customer service or marketing

  
  


• 
  

  Self-starter: Little to no guidance needed during marketing events. 

  
  


• 
  

  Veteran experience a plus. 

  
  

• 
  

  Experience in home health care or senior living, including management experience 

  
  


• 
  

  Flexible schedule, including availability to perform evening/weekend client meetings, and travel often within territory 

  
  


• 
  

  Great interpersonal/ team skills 

  
  

• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record 

  
  


• 
  

  Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States.
