Part-Time Nanny -San Mateo, CA

A family in San Mateo, CA 94403 is seeking an experienced and compassionate part time nanny for their two girls (a 9-month-old and a 5-year-old).  The girls love engaging in creative and educational pastimes, including arts and crafts, music, and reading.

Schedule:

• Days: Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional Sundays


• Hours: Flexible, generally between 5:00 PM and 10:00 PM

Family Specifications:

• Smoke-free home


• Pet-free home

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive childcare, assisting with feeding/bottles, diapering, bathing, dressing, and managing the bedtime routine


• Engaging the children in arts and crafts, learning activities, reading, and games


• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment

Requirements:

• Must be Infant/Child CPR and First Aid certified


• Must be highly reliable, responsible, safety-conscious


• Looking for a good communicator who can provide updates while the parents are out

Preferred:

• Bilingual English with Spanish, Ukrainian, Russian, or French speakers are highly preferred


• A caregiver who sings, plays an instrument, and naturally incorporates music into playtime 

Compensation:

• $30.00 – $45.00 per hour
