Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay Range: $55,000-$65,000/annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

About the Opportunity

Photon Medical Group is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide onsite care at a corporate Health Center in Princeton, NJ.

This is a great opportunity for an NP who enjoys providing preventive, primary, and episodic/urgent care in a professional outpatient setting. You'll have a consistent two-day-per-week schedule and work alongside an established onsite Health Center team.

No routine nights, weekends, or holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients within the Health Center's scope of services.

• Provide preventive, primary, and episodic/urgent care.

• Perform patient histories and physical examinations.

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications within scope.

• Order and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing.

• Evaluate and manage common acute and chronic health concerns, including hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

• Provide preventive health counseling and patient education.

• Coordinate referrals and recommend appropriate follow-up care when indicated.

• Perform phlebotomy and other appropriate clinical procedures as needed and within scope.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.

• Collaborate with the onsite Health Center team to support coordinated patient care.

• Respond to urgent or emergent clinical situations within scope and established protocols.

• Participate in patient education, wellness, and engagement initiatives as appropriate.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted New Jersey Nurse Practitioner/APN license.

• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification appropriate to the position.

• Current BLS certification.

• Appropriate New Jersey prescribing authority and other credentials required for the services provided.

• Experience in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, urgent care, occupational health, or a similar outpatient/ambulatory setting preferred.

• Experience evaluating and managing common acute and chronic conditions.

• Strong clinical judgment, patient education, communication, and documentation skills.

• Comfortable working independently within scope while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

• Proficiency with electronic health records and standard workplace technology.

• Ability to reliably commute to Princeton, NJ.
