About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide in-home therapy to pediatric clients (ages 0–18). You'll work closely with families to help children reach functional milestones in mobility, strength, balance, and independence—all within the comfort of their home environment.
Compensation & Scheduling:
Competitive Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per routine visit
Start of Care Visits: Up to $120 per SOC visit
Part-Time Availability: 10–20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy that supports developmental milestones and functional mobility
Educate and support families with home exercise programs and adaptive techniques
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with home health regulations

A doctoral degree in physical therapy (PT)
Physical Therapist (PT) License in the state of Colorado
Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
Valid driver's license and auto insurance
A minimum of 1-year clinical experience in physical therapy is preferred, but not required
