CareSense Home Care is seeking a Part-Time Pediatric RN to complete in-home nursing visits for pediatric clients.

Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Complete initial and ongoing nursing assessments.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform required supervisory visits in clients’ homes.

  
  


• 
  

  Review plans of care and client needs.

  
  


• 
  

  Obtain and document vital signs and assessments.

  
  


• 
  

  Communicate changes or concerns with families and the care team.

  
  


• 
  

  Complete visit documentation accurately and timely.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Current Pennsylvania RN license.

  
  


• 
  

  Current CPR certification.

  
  


• 
  

  Pediatric or home care experience preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable transportation required.

  
  

Schedule: Part-time, flexible visit-based schedule.
