Love greeting and helping people
Have excellent communication and time-management skills
Can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Bring a positive, “can-do” attitude to every shift
Stay calm and professional under pressure
As the first point of contact for customers and callers, you’ll:
Greet guests warmly and direct them to the right person or department
Answer phones, take messages, and route calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with questions, concerns, and payments
Receive and process cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately
Provide clerical support to sales, service, and finance teams
Maintain and update databases, files, and paperwork
Handle customer concerns with empathy and direct them to the right person for resolution

Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

Competitive hourly pay ($17.00 - $20.00 / hour) based on experience.
