Job Description - Part-Time Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer

We’re looking for a part-time Recruiting Coordinator / Sourcer to support day-to-day recruiting efforts. This role is a mix of coordination, sourcing, and light screening—ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across multiple roles at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

Work closely with recruiters to support open roles across technical and business functions
Post jobs and manage incoming applications
Identify and share qualified candidates with recruiters
Search for candidates within the system and keep pipelines organized
Tag and organize candidates for easy tracking and future use
Maintain Excel trackers for roles, candidates, and client presentations
Coordinate and schedule interviews, including across different time zones
Check availability and manage calendars to keep the process moving efficiently

What You Should Be Comfortable With

Staying organized across multiple roles and candidates
Working in Excel to track and manage recruiting activity
Understanding general role types such as:
Software Engineers (front-end, back-end, basic tech stacks)
Business Analysts
Project Managers

Ideal Background

Experience in recruiting coordination, sourcing, or recruiting support
Exposure to technical roles is a plus

Hourly Rate: $40hr
