Part-Time Regional Delivery Driver Wine Distribution (SE MN, Duluth & Fargo-Moorhead)

Rootstock Wine Company is a Minnesota-based wine importer and distributor serving restaurants and retail partners throughout the Twin Cities, Greater Minnesota, and Fargo-Moorhead.

We are seeking a dependable part-time delivery driver to run our biweekly regional routes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the open road, works well independently, and takes pride in reliable, professional service.

Schedule:

This position covers three regional route days every other week:

• Southeastern Minnesota: Rochester, Winona, and Owatonna
  
• Duluth
  
• Fargo-Moorhead
  

Route days are long. The Fargo-Moorhead and Southeastern Minnesota runs often exceed 8 hours round trip, so candidates must be comfortable with extended driving days. Occasional fill-in coverage for local routes or warehouse support may be available when the Warehouse Manager is out.

Route days follow a consistent biweekly rotation, with some flexibility needed for holidays, weather, and customer needs.

As the company grows, we plan to expand this role. Our goal is to add early-morning shifts pulling and staging orders for local routes, along with additional warehouse support. Hours will start with the regional routes and increase over time.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a high-roof cargo van on regional routes
  
• Load and unload wine cases weighing up to 50 pounds
  
• Complete deliveries accurately and on time
  
• Plan and navigate multi-stop routes efficiently
  
• Provide professional service to restaurant and retail accounts
  
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
  
• Follow safety and compliance procedures
  
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks when needed
  
• Pull and stage orders for local delivery routes (as the role expands)
  

Interviews: Interviews are typically held on Mondays at our Brooklyn Park warehouse.

• $21 to $23 per hour, depending on experience
  
• Earned Sick and Safe Time in accordance with Minnesota law
