Role Summary:
As a Rosie Experience Partner, you will be the frontline advocate for our active Rosies, in partnership with the Rosie People Ops Partner and Rosie Experience Lead. Your mission is to ensure Rosies feel supported, engaged, and equipped to succeed in their work and professional growth. Reporting to the Rosie Experience Lead, you’ll collaborate across teams to deliver an exceptional experience for our talent while playing a critical role in talent matchmaking to align the right Rosies with the right opportunities. This position is set as Part-Time at 20 Hours per week.

Compensation
This role will be compensated hourly as a w-2 position. The rate for this role is $50/hour, based on experience and is estimated at 20 hours per week.
Perks & Benefits
Home Office: Each team member will receive $150 per quarter to use towards items related to working from home such as supplies, internet, and phone.
Rosie Refresh: You will be eligible to participate in the Rosie Refresh program after 90 days. Rosie Refresh gives each team member a yearly stipend for personal or professional development. The 2026 Stipend for Flexies is $500.
Vacation and Personal Time Off:You will receive Half-Day Paid Holidays and 8 hours of PTO per quarter. These PTO days will accrue, maxing at 32 hours in Q4. PTO hours do not roll over.
