What You’ll Do

• Deliver a strong guest experience and help people find the right sleep solution


• Build value through a proven sales process (financing, adjustable bases, complete sleep systems)


• Maintain store standards including merchandising and organization


• Learn the fundamentals of retail sales, operations, and leadership


• Contribute to daily sales goals and team performance

Who We’re Looking For

• Motivated, competitive, and growth-oriented individuals


• Strong communication and people skills


• Willingness to learn and follow a proven system


• Availability for evenings and weekends


• Sales experience is a plus, but not required

Position Details

• Part-Time Role with flexible scheduling


• Typical shifts fall between 10 AM – 6 PM & 12 PM - 8PM


• Opportunity to increase hours and responsibility over time
