Job Description:
Job Duties:
General Office Support: Assists the Staff Executive and Staff Associate with various office operations, including but not limited to website management, scanning, data collection, and general correspondence.
Facilities & Operations Overall Department Support: Provides indirect administrative support to the Facilities and Operations department as a whole.
Planning, Design, and Construction and Event Support: Aids the department in organizing a variety of events, contributes to college-sponsored activities and projects, and maintains a photo and video library using drone and camera footage.
Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, plus six (6) months of related experience
A pre-employment post-offer physical evaluation will be required of the selected candidate.
This position requires the use of a company vehicle and/or personal vehicle for business travel. The selected candidate must successfully pass an MVR and be insurable under Aims insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Experience with standard industry software and equipment
