SUMMARY OF POSITION
This unique role offers a front-row seat to the dynamic world of city leadership, where you will contribute to the initiatives shaping Baltimore’s future while developing your own professional skills and connections.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Part-time Special Assistant will act as a trusted liaison between the Mayor’s Office of Cable of Communications (Charm TV) and a wide range of stakeholders, including city agencies, community organizations, and private sector leaders. You’ll work closely with the Director of Charm TV. While the role includes essential administrative tasks such as managing calendars, preparing documents, and coordinating meetings, it also provides a springboard for personal growth.

Probation
