What You’ll Do

As a Community-Based Speech-Language Pathologist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat children with a variety of communication needs
• Provide individualized therapy in homes, schools, daycares, and community settings
• Partner with families, caregivers, and educational teams
• Develop functional, meaningful treatment goals
• Support communication across natural environments and daily routines
• Collaborate with other disciplines to provide whole-child care
• Coach caregivers and communication partners
• Celebrate progress and help families carry therapeutic strategies into everyday life

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is passionate about pediatric speech-language therapy
• Values family-centered, functional care
• Enjoys building relationships with families and community partners
• Is comfortable working independently while being part of a collaborative team
• Loves learning, problem-solving, and sharing ideas
• Wants flexibility and connection
• Is excited to help children communicate more confidently in the places that matter most

•  Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• North Carolina SLP license or eligibility for NC licensure
• ASHA certification or eligibility
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Feeding or AAC experience is a plus
