Part-Time Supervisor

Position Summary

The Part-Time Supervisor is responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and leading the sales team during assigned shifts. This role serves as a leader on the sales floor, ensuring operational excellence, visual presentation, and company standards are consistently executed while fostering a positive, high-energy team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Experience

• Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive sales through active selling, product knowledge, and effective customer engagement.
• Coach associates on selling behaviors, including:
• Building customer relationships
• Increasing Units Per Transaction (UPT)
• Improving Average Dollar Sale (ADS)
• Driving conversion
• Promote current marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty initiatives.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

Leadership

• Supervise the sales floor during assigned shifts.
• Motivate and coach associates to achieve individual and store performance goals.
• Provide real-time feedback to improve selling skills and customer service.
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and inclusion.

Operations

• Open and close the store following company procedures.
• Ensure cash handling, register operations, and deposits are completed accurately.
• Execute daily operational tasks, including shipment processing, replenishment, price changes, and inventory management.
• Maintain company visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Complete operational checklists and ensure company compliance standards are met.

Store Performance

• Support achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and help drive improvement in:
• Sales
• Conversion
• UPT
• Average Transaction Value
• Footwear and apparel attachment rates
• Recognize opportunities to improve store performance and communicate solutions to leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience required; leadership or keyholder experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Passion for athletic footwear, apparel, and the Reebok brand.
• Ability to motivate and lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math, cash handling, and computer skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and move merchandise up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and perform stockroom duties.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling.
