JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The Department of Supply Chain and Information Systems at Penn State University Park invites applications for a part-time teaching assistant to start February 2026. The successful candidate will assist Instructor Andy Lukoff with SCM 450W. The successful candidate may expect an average of 10 hours of work per week throughout the regular academic calendar.

Job Duties

• Holding office hours as directed by faculty supervisor
• Grading assignments as directed by faculty supervisor
• Keeping records in CANVAS
• Additional duties as assigned by faculty supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled Penn State graduate student
• Successful completion of SCM 450W at Penn State or a similar course at a comparable institution

Compensation

The starting rate for this position is $18.00 per hour.
