PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR — Ramsi Dental | Wesley Chapel, FL
Part-time · Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8–5 (~24 hrs/week) · $22–$27/hr

Ramsi Dental is a brand-new general dental practice opening in Wesley Chapel. We're not a corporate office — we're building something from scratch, and we want the right person to build it with us.

What you'll do:

• Own the front of house — you are the first and last impression every patient has of our practice
• Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and daily schedule flow
• Verify dental insurance benefits and accurately communicate patient portions prior to appointments
• Submit claims and follow up on outstanding or denied insurance balances
• Collect patient payments
• Be the warm, professional face of the practice — greet patients, manage check-in and check-out, and handle incoming calls with care
• Maintain HIPAA compliance in all patient interactions and record handling
• Handle general administrative duties and keep the front office organized and running smoothly
• Take ownership of administrative tasks proactively as we build the schedule

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of front office experience in a dental practice
• Working knowledge of dental insurance — verification, billing, and EOB interpretation
• Exceptional patient communication and customer service skills
• Professional, polished, and able to represent the practice with confidence
• Discreet and reliable — HIPAA compliance is non-negotiable
• Proactive and self-sufficient — able to identify what needs to be done and do it without being asked
