About Silverleaf of Augusta: SilverLeaf of Augusta is a Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) assisted living facility located in the serene woods of north Augusta, attached to Augusta Health and Rehabilitation. Our residents enjoy spacious, nicely-appointed studio apartments with private bathrooms and showers, providing the comforts of home, including individual heating and cooling in each apartment.
