PER DIEM LPN - Licensed Practical Nurse 
Salary range $38-$41

Primary Responsibilities:
• Coordinates total nursing care for patients.
• Participates in patient and family teaching.
• Provides leadership by working cooperatively with other nursing staff, and multidisciplinary team members, in maintaining standards of professional nursing practice.

Prerequisites:
• Graduate from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program in the commonwealth of Massachusetts.
• Current Massachusetts Licensed Practical Nurse Licensure.
• Current Certification of BLS Healthcare CPR in Adult, Child and Infant.
