Per Diem Registered Nurse- Emergency Department

Baystate Health, a nationally recognized leader in healthcare quality and safety, and home to Baystate Wing Hospital  is looking for a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team in Palmer, MA!

SCHEDULE:

• Per Diem, As Needed
• Requirements- 24 total hours in one month
• Great differential pay for weekends and holidays!

Department Highlights:

• New Emergency Department with 20 beds, including two critical care bays
• Majority of beds are private rooms, enhancing patient comfort and privacy
• Equipped with cutting-edge technology, including an in-department CT scanner and radiology unit
• Fully accredited by the Joint Commission
• Designated Primary Stroke Service hospital
• Recognized by CMS as a model hospital for health promotion and quality of life improvement
• Supported by the Trauma 1 Center at BMC in Springfield, with easy access through critical care transports; Medical Helicopters and Ambulance

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and is licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred.
