Job Purpose
The Performance Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering structured athletic performance programs with a focus on explosiveness, speed, strength, agility, injury prevention, and conditioning for youth basketball athletes. This individual will support player development by helping athletes move better, train smarter, and perform at higher levels—while aligning with JustHoop’s mission, values, and player-first culture.

This role requires regular evening and weekend availability. Training takes place both indoors (facility court or weight room) and occasionally outdoors depending on programming. Travel and schedule flexibility are required.
