Independence Rehab is actively seeking a Part-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our team at Goshen Healthcare Community, a well-regarded skilled nursing facility in Torrington, Wyoming.

If you are interested in a full-time position, you got it! We have other nearby facilities where you can treat, to get full-time hours!

What You'll Do:

• Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve mobility and independence


• Assist with transfer training and functional movement


• Work with patients across a range of clinical complexities


• Collaborate with a supportive therapy team focused on patient-centered care

What We're Looking For:

• Current Wyoming PTA license in good standing


• Associate degree from an accredited program


• Organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented


• A genuine passion for working with the geriatric population

Experience in a skilled nursing setting is preferred but not required. If you're a compassionate therapist who's eager to learn and grow, we're happy to provide additional training and support.
