Position: Porter (in the Service drive)

Hours: Part-time: all-day Saturdays (required), and morning weekday hours.

Job description/tasks:
The porter position is primarily responsible for greeting customers in the service drive upon their arrival, taking down the customer’s information, and finding out why they have come in for service.

Tasks include:

Recording customer’s information on Multi-point inspection form.
Managing the flow of traffic inside the service drive.
Assisting advisors and technicians by moving customer vehicles to and from the shop.
Creating vehicle ID tags to hang in customers’ windshields.
Laying protective covers to seats and floors for service customer vehicle's.
Performing 4-wheel alignment checks.
Performing light housekeeping tasks.
Shuttling vehicles between two locations.
Miscellaneous tasks as requested by sales or service team.

Certifications/requirements:

Valid Driver’s license.
Ability to follow directions.
Be punctual and have a good work ethic.
Able to pass a pre-employment drug test.
