Powersports Parts Counterperson - Part-Time

Are you passionate about motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides—or anything with a throttle? Do you know the difference between a dirt bike carb and a street bike ECU and enjoy explaining it to others? If so, we want to talk to you.

Jones Powersports is looking for an Part-Time Powersports Parts Consultant to join our growing team. This isn’t just a parts counter role—it’s an opportunity to work alongside fellow enthusiasts and help riders get exactly what they need to ride safely, confidently, and often.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver topnotch customer service in person, over the phone, and online


• Help customers identify the correct parts and accessories for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and more


• Accurately pull, pack, and ship parts orders


• Work closely with the service department to keep repairs moving efficiently


• Stay up to date on new products, launches, and parts trends in the powersports industry


• Maintain a clean, organized, and well stocked parts department

What We’re Looking For

• Previous parts experience preferred (powersports dealership experience strongly preferred)


• Knowledge of Lightspeed a plus


• Strong knowledge of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or similar equipment


• Friendly, professional, and confident communication skills


• Comfortable using parts lookup systems and basic computer software


• Ability to lift and carry parts and equipment up to 50 lbs


• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


• Avaliability on Saturdays required.

• Are familiar with brands like Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, or Polaris
