Schedule Details: Work on an as-needed basis to support staffing gaps. Primarily scheduled to cover planned time off, vacations, and periods of low staffing. May be called in for short-notice coverage depending on departmental need. Typical shift lengths may range from 4 to 8 hours, depending on operational requirements. No guaranteed hours; scheduled based on departmental demand.
