Job Description - Process Control Monitor - 1st Shift - Fort Smith, AR (10600211) (151)

1st Shift: Further Process Plant


Dept. 151 – Process Control Monitor


Shift Time: 7:00 p.m. – 4:00 a.m.


Pay Rate: $ 16.25 per hour.

Summary    Inventories product produced in Plant Two.


 


Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


 


Makes tickets for outgoing product.


 


Completes paperwork.


 


Keeps track of the amount of breader used.


 


Verifies weight of product being produced.


 


Performs checks for product thickness and temperature.


 


Inventories breader.


 


Monitors production activities.


 


Keeps track of everything that comes in or goes out of the department.


 


Makes sure the machines are running correctly.


 


This is a safety sensitive position.

Education and/or Experience


 


No prior experience or training.


 


Language Skills


 


Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.  Ability to write simple correspondence.  Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.


 


Mathematical Skills


 


Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.  Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
