What We Do

Provides a wide range of support to the Production team, ensuring that deals are assigned and handled in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

• Provides a wide range of support to the Production team.
• Assists new and existing customers with questions and concerns relative to First American’s products and services and communicates with the Sales Team if necessary.
• May assist in preparing monthly production reports for the team.
• Follows processes and procedures in daily activities, troubleshoots as needed and recommends suggestions for continuous improvements to overall operations.
• Actively contributes to the results of a team and works toward achieving goals and objectives.

What You'll Bring

1+ year of experience

High School diploma or equivalent

Pay Range: $20.31 - $27.09 Hourly

 

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
