What You Will Do:
Welcome individuals served and visitors, and complete the intake process, including demographic information and required documentation.
Enter and maintain accurate records in Carelogic, Central Registry, and Methasoft platforms.
Schedule intake diagnostics and appointments, and alert clinical and nursing staff of admissions.
Scan and maintain intake and treatment documentation in the EHR document library.
Answer incoming calls, coordinate referrals with clinical staff, and collect payments/copayments as needed.
Who You Are:
High School Diploma or GED required.
One year of prior administrative/secretarial support experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with individuals recovering from substance use disorders and understand the sensitivities of the population served.

Pay Range: $22 - $25 per hour
