Psychometrist

Job Summary

Milestone Health Partners of Williston is growing and seeking to add a part-time psychometrist to the team. A psychometrist will assist in administering psychological assessments to pediatric and adult patients seeking diagnostic evaluations under the direction and supervision of Drs. Suess, McNally, and Walker. We want you to be a part of our team as we strive to increase access to behavioral health services in the rural part of western North Dakota. We value providing high quality care to patients to meet each milestone across the lifespan and place an emphasis on career development for our professional staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Administrates psychological tests 


• Scores psychological tests


• Contacts outside sources needed for the completion of psychological assessments


• Participates in treatment team, staff, and professional meetings
  


• Works collaboratively with other disciplines and team members


• Follows policies and procedures as outlined in Milestone Health Partners Policy Manual


• Completes additional duties assigned by clinic management

Requirements and Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in related field (preferred)
  


• Experience working with children (preferred)


• Compassionate and sensitive to patients’ needs and concerns


• Must be available four days per work week between 8:00am-12:00pm, starting August 2025


• Excellent communication skills


• Detail oriented


• Good organizational skills


• Proficient with basic computer skills including email and electronic medical record software


• Ability to take direction from supervisor


• Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
