Commercial Cleaner – Ephrata, PA

Position Details:

Part Time, Evenings after 6:00pm
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00pm-8:00pm
Compensation: $18.00 an hour
Location: 1 Office Building in Ephrata, PA

General Janitorial Duties:

• Trash removal and dusting, cleaning and re-stocking supplies


• Sweeping, dusting, mopping and vacuuming ï¬Â‚oors


• Spot cleaning, polishing, sanitizing and window washing


• Restock items in bathrooms, break rooms, offices and conference rooms as necessary


• Specific duties may vary depending on the list of speciï¬Âcations required by the client

Position Requirements:

• Ability to work in a solo setting efficiently
  


• Project a profession image
  


• Must have good communication skills
  


• Able to follow simple instructions thoroughly
  


• Physically capable of bending, lifting crouching, stooping throughout shift
  


• Ability to lift 30 pounds
  


• Must pass a background check with no felonies
  


• You must have your own vehicle & valid driver's license
