What You'll Do
Ensure Equipment Readiness
- Inspect video equipment and components to identify cleaning, repair, or preparation needs before deployment.
- Perform routine cleaning, label replacement, and minor cosmetic repairs to maintain quality standards.
- Test and prepare equipment to ensure it meets customer and show requirements.
Support Order Fulfillment
- Review rental reservations and show orders to verify equipment requirements.
- Gather, stage, and prepare equipment for shipment.
- Confirm all required accessories and ancillary items are included and ready for delivery.
Maintain Inventory Accuracy
- Track and document inventory information on manifests and related records.
- Locate missing order components and help ensure complete, accurate shipments.
- Identify equipment requiring repair and communicate findings to the appropriate teams.
Build and Prepare Systems
- Assist with the assembly and preparation of system racks based on project requirements.
- Verify shipping cases are functional and production-ready.
- Perform basic case modifications and repairs to support safe transport and equipment protection.
Strengthen Warehouse Operations
- Organize and maintain inventory storage using established binning and storage systems.
- Help improve equipment storage layouts and operational efficiency.
- Assist with truck loading and shipment preparation to support successful order fulfillment.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of hands-on audiovisual experience.
- Experience operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong time management skills.
- A commitment to quality, accuracy, and equipment readiness.
