As a contributor to J FUERST Real Estate Media you would be exposed to our clients and process details that are propriety to us and how we run our business. Because of this, all contributors must sign a standard but specialized non-solicitation and confidentiality agreement.

Job Info:

• $20-26/hour, plus paid route mileage
• Company Benefits: Health, Life, Dental, Vision, and Disability Insurance.
• This is Seasonal variable hours, with opportunity to become regular
• 20-40 hours per week, plus overtime when applicable
• No editing or high speed internet required
• No pre-shoot or post-shoot client communication needed
• Work part time or full time, You set your availability

Requirements:

• 1+ years strong Real Estate/Architectural photography experience
• Real Estate/Architectural portfolio (submit when applying)
• Availability to shoot 20+ hours / week
• Full understanding of your camera's manual mode, bracketing, and back button focus
• Ability to follow a shot list with attention to detail while creating quality, compelling images
• Ability to apply constructive feedback regarding image quality, customer experience, and approach to the job
• Quick, concise communication skills using a smartphone messaging app
• Customer Service Experience
• Reliable Vehicle with active car insurance
• Active Drivers License
• Able to Pass Background Check
• Qualified Camera (Full Frame) and Lens (16-35mm lens, no fish eye)
• Smartphone with 2+ GB/month data plan
• Drone, 107 license, and video capability is a PLUS. Will be required to complete after initial core services training.
