Green Hills is actively looking for a hospitality-minded Part Time Receptionist, to join our team! This role is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls, administrative tasks, providing information, directions, and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, visitors, and vendors. 

Part-Time Schedule:  

1. Tuesdays & Thursdays:  3:00pm-6:30pm
2. Every other Friday:  3:00pm-6:30pm
3. Every other Saturday & Sunday:  10:00am-2:00pm

Salary Range: $16.50/hour

YOU ARE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…

• Manage a busy telephone switchboard
• Become knowledgeable about Green Hills to answer questions from residents and visitors
• Use Microsoft Office to perform various clerical tasks
• Make updates to the Green Hills app
• Make photocopies, sell postage, send faxes, and perform other administrative tasks
• Submit work orders and assist with technology.

WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE YOU…

• Have experience working in an office setting.
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Obtained a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Can communicate effectively with residents, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Can pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
