Recreation Staff (Part-time Seasonal)

Job Description/Responsibilities: Recreation Staff provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and smooth operation of the Fitness Center, Community Center, Pools, and Marina. They assist with front desk duties, support community activities, and share accurate information with members and guests.

• Greet and assist members, answer phones, and provide information to customers


• Enforce facility rules and check in members


• Process Access Card applications, sell gym passes and locker rentals, and handle other transactions


• Open and close facilities as scheduled, ensuring cleanliness and organization


• Maintain equipment, stock supplies, and keep common areas tidy


• Complete daily cleaning tasks


• Assist with event setup and support clubs, vendors, and fitness instructors


• Work with pool staff, manage pool entry, and maintain wait lists
