VCA All Animal Hospital is seeking a Relief Veterinarian to support our dedicated and compassionate veterinary team in Orange Park, Florida.

Medical Capabilities

Our hospital is well-equipped and supportive of a wide range of medical interests, including:

• Ultrasound diagnostics

• Digital dental radiography interpretation

• Soft tissue surgery

Whether you’re looking to maintain your skills or enjoy variety in your relief work, our team and equipment are here to support you.

Schedule

• Relief coverage during weekday shifts (Monday–Friday)

• Occasional rotating half-day Saturdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)

• No after-hours emergencies or Sundays

Scheduling is flexible and ideal for veterinarians seeking work-life balance.

Compensation

• $1,000–$1,200 for a full-day shift

• $500–$600 for a half-day shift

Compensation is commensurate with experience and shift length.

Location & Lifestyle

There is much to do within driving distance from Orange Park. A sample of the options include walking through Old Town in St. Augustine, attending Jaguar games or concerts in downtown Jacksonville or enjoying water sports on the St. Johns River.
