Provide care for patients in collaboration with the physician and within the guidelines mutually agreed upon by clinical and medical administration.

APN Requirements:
Graduation from Accredited relevant APN program
New York State certificate/license (as applicable including RN license for NPs, CRNAs and Nurse Midwives)
National Board Certification
DEA Licensure
BLS and ACLS Certification
Infection Control Certification
Physician Assistant Requirements:
Graduation from Accredited Physician Assistant Program, Masters preferred
NCCPA Board Certification
New York State Licensure
DEA Licensure
