Job Description - Customer Service Assistant for a Beauty and Wellness Company in Australia (Home Based Part Time)

• Follow up with newly registered beauty therapists and assist with completing their onboarding.

• Review therapist profiles and chase missing photos, information and outstanding requirements.

• Follow up with leads generated through Meta advertising and encourage them to complete their registrations.

• Respond to customer and therapist enquiries through Instagram, email and other communication channels.

• Make phone calls when necessary to follow up with therapists and customers.

• Maintain Excel spreadsheets to track registrations, enquiries, profile completion and follow-ups.

• Provide general customer service and administrative support.
