Membership and Troop Support Specialist (Part-Time)

Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic person to help grow and lead our Girl Scout mission. Work location will be remote and based in Natchez, Mississippi. You will travel to nearby counties to bring in new members. You will also help current groups and plan fun events for girls and parents.

Key Duties

Find new members: Travel to schools and community events to sign up girls and adults.

Support local groups: Help troop leaders start new groups and provide them with the tools to succeed.

Plan fun events: Create and run exciting activities for girls and their parents year-round.

Build community ties: Work with local towns and schools to share our mission.

Join team meetings: Drive to the main office or camp for special events when needed.

Job Requirements

Schedule: Must be available to work flexible times, including nights and weekends.

Travel: Must have a reliable car to drive to nearby counties.

Skills: Must be friendly and love talking to new people.

Planning: Must be organized enough to plan events from start to finish.
