Remote Operations Assistant

WB Cargo Service is hiring a Remote Operations Assistant based in Orlando. This role supports daily onboarding activities, reporting workflows, and administrative coordination tasks. The position is fully remote and open only to candidates currently located in the United States with authorization to work in the U.S. We are looking for organized individuals who can follow structured operational processes independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new clients into internal systems
• Prepare and organize operational reports
• Maintain records and update internal data
• Support daily administrative workflows
• Coordinate routine operational requests
• Communicate with clients and internal teams

Please note

This is not an hourly position. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity with stable additional income and a structured workflow. Compensation typically ranges from $2,000 to $5,000+ per month depending on completed tasks and activity level.
